An eco-responsible groupAware of greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption and the choice of building materials, MGM is actively involved in new environmental policies.
Choosing to commit to responsible initiatives is in particular choosing comfort provided by excellent insulation, the best orientation on the ground... it is choosing effective solutions for heating and hot water production and "intelligent" equipment. MGM is one of the founding members of the SUSTAIN Group of eco-responsible companies.
The MGM group's objectives to take a holistic view of every construction project in its entirety and at the same time to consider the climate, the architecture, the site and the equipment while satisfying the present and future expectations of its clients in the long term.
First commitment : the position of the complex. Well before choosing the materials, for MGM everything begins with a thorough study of the construction project and its environment. A precise analysis of the winds, the ground and underground water is carried out well in advance of every project to achieve the best marriage between the building and the land and so that it blends naturally into its site.
Second commitment : to use natural materials (such as various sorts of stone including granite, sandstone and stone roofing slabs and of course timber) which are amongst the raw materials to be found in the Rhône-Alpes region and which above all enable the buildings to blend into their environment.
Third commitment : Lastly, MGM has always shown a willingness to work with principled associates, mainly companies and fellow local tradesmen to source materials locally to reduce transport time, limit pollution and the greenhouse effect.
