Les Houches is a charming authentic alpine village on the outskirts of Chamonix, just 1 hour away from Geneva airport. It has a very pretty skiing area with most of the slopes winding through the pine forests down to the village and a direct link with St-Gervais. Chamonix is only a few minutes away by bus, car or train providing an even greater variety of skiing, along with an abundance of other winter and summer activities.

This small project consisting of 5 chalets of apartments and 5 individual chalets is situated in the hamlet of Taconnaz just a 2-minute drive from the centre of Les Houches.

The location, at the foot of the Chamonix valley is quite breathtaking with some of the most spectacular views of the Mont Blanc range. There is a bus stop just a few metres away from the site, which allows easy access to the centre of Les Houches or Chamonix, only 3 km away.

If you love the Chamonix Valley with its abundance of all year round activities, this is an ideal location. Here you can blend in with the locals and enjoy an authentic mountain environment and lifestyle. Prices are lower than many other parts of the valley but it's difficult to see why.
