Present in more than thirty locations, in renowned international resorts such as Tignes, La Plagne, Les Arcs, Chamonix, and village resorts such as Sainte-Foy, la Rosière, Vallandry... MGM Constructeur is a real planner, well in tune with the local authorities and their particular issues. Every resort has its own property development, land constraints, its clientele and needs. This makes an individual solution necessary for each one. Not only do all our residential complexes today have settings peculiar to MGM Constructeur but each one has its own identity. It is important for us to identify our purchasers’ profile, what they are looking for, why they are thinking of buying in one resort rather than another. It would be heresy to assume that the Mountains only attract one type of purchaser!
