A destination to experience ...

30 minutes away from Lake Annecy and 50 minutes from Geneva, Manigod La Croix -Fry is located in the heart of the Aravis massif. Overlooking the Thônes valley, this family resort, very popular among locals for its soul, its landscapes and its preserved heritage (chapel roads, typical small hamlets, traditional mountain chalets, etc.), is ideally located at an altitude of 1,500 m.
Its Croix-Fry and Merdassier passes, still unknown to the general public, are a natural reserve of sensations for all levels: downhill or Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoes or dog sleds in winter; and in summer hiking, climbing or cycling.
Its Beauregard plateau (Natura 2000 site) is also a very popular life-size playground. Labeled Village Trail®, Manigod La Croix-Fry, is a real natural spot for multiple outdoor activities, even at night: Manigod is the largest night skiing area in Savoie Mont-Blanc! An unforgettable experience to live, with Mont-Charvin (2,409 m) and La Tournette (2,351 m) for guardians…

Its ideal altitude, its preserved architecture, its heritage with in particular the route des chapels (Villard, Dessous, Montpellaz, Joux, Tournance, la Charmette, Plan des Berthats) and its 27 farms, its nature as far as the eye can see, its moderate climate … So many assets giving the Manigod resort a privileged atmosphere but also dynamic mountain stays!
Indeed, here everything is within reach ... or ski: slopes (linked to the area of La Clusaz), local shops, rental equipment, entertainment, outdoor swimming pool in summer, hiking trails, and even the reblochon, handmade of course! Winter and summer, Manigod is definitely one of those privileged resorts combining authenticity and dynamism.
 

The  Hameau de l’Ours 

It is in this exceptional environment that MGM Constructeur is building Le Hameau de l'Ours, in Manigod La Croix-Fry. This next tourist residence of 48 luxury apartments, from 1 to 4 bedrooms, is the promise of rejuvenating and energizing stays in the mountains! Noble materials combining stone and wood, high-end services, Le Hameau de l'Ours will also offer a wellness area of 800m2 (with swimming pool, whirlpools, hammam, sauna ...) and a Spa Montagnes du Monde®, signature well -being of the MGM group, for relaxation sessions at the top, for the entire family!
