With this solution, you are guaranteed to receive a steady rental income without worrying about letting out the property yourself.

When you invest in a leaseback property, you also have the option to stay in your second home several times a year (2 to 6 weeks in high and mid-seasons): you choose the periods you want to book for your holidays. For greater comfort, our residences also have private car parks, cellars and indoor swimming pools (depending on the residence).
