Les Saisies, a worldwide fame
Whether it is the Amaya residence, ski-in ski-out, in the Diamant area, or the Akasha Chalets, our MGM Constructeur projects in Les Saisies allow you to enjoy the exceptional landmark of this resort among the most “nature” in the Alps in the heart of the massif of Beaufortain. Its Nordic area with 120 km of slopes since the Albertville Olympics in 1992 has earned its worldwide fame, and is also the training ground for French biathlon champions Julia Simon and Justine Braisaz.
Le Grand-Bornand, a land of competition
This is where we have chosen to offer you the residences Le Roc des Tours II and Les Chalets de Joy. For a nice wake-up, facing the slopes in this preserved and authentic village, although more and more famous! Indeed, this is where the two eagerly awaited events of the Biathlon World Cup take place, with the best athletes in the world including of course the native Antonin Guigonnat and Martin Fourcade! The last edition in 2019, gathered more than 61,539 fans at the heart of the Sylvie Becaert stadium. This is the proof of the quality of the Nordic area of Grand-Bornand and its snow cover!
Samoëns, a Nordic Grand Massif ...
Located in the heart of the Haut-Giffre valley, Samoëns, home to Résidence Alexane and Chalets Bérénice, is attached to the Grand Massif area and offers two Nordic areas. The first is in the center of the Giffre valley, accessible from Samoëns, Morillon and Sixt-Fer-à-cheval. The second is located at an altitude of 1,700 m, on the splendid Col de Joux Plane, where you have guaranteed snow every season thanks to its altitude and its exposure. Love at first sight panorama is guaranteed with a view of Mont-Blanc!
