Freeride at La Rosière

An unmissable event for all riders, La Rosière Freeride Week by Evolution 2 takes place from 4th to 11th January! For a week, tests of different levels follow one another. First the Freeride Junior Tour 2, then the Freeride World Qualifier 2 and finally the very first winter event of the Freeride World Qualifier 4.
This last event is the 5th organized of this type in Europe and the 2nd in France. On an extension of the Mont-Valaisan and its 2800 m of altitude, the high level competitors will succeed one another ! Nothing less than the most qualified athletes in the world, men and women, in skiing or snowboarding, who will have to redouble their technique in order to win.
An opportunity to get a closer look at the 360s, backflips and other acrobatic figures from the arrival village. In parallel with these competitive highlights, many events are planned to familiarise yourself with this world of "free skiing" such as conferences, initiations to off-piste skiing, ski touring or the search for avalanche victims.
