Le Grand-Bornand is in the form of two villages. The first of them is no other than Grand-Bornand Village (alt. 1,000 m). Six kilometres further up, on the Col de la Colombière road, you will find Le Grand-Bornand Chinaillon (alt. 1,300 m). Settled at the foot of the magnificent Bargy mountain range, this mountain village is one of the most accessible French resorts. Opening of a new residence for Christmas

MGM takes great care in selecting the locations for its real estate projects. After having built the tourist residence Le Roc des Tours a couple of years ago, the Haute-Savoie-based builder is getting ready to deliver a new, equally upscale development in Grand-Bornand Chinaillon from Christmas 2021: Le Roc des Tours II. At the foot of the slopes, on the Chinaillon snow front, this development comprises 25 luxury flats, from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Owners will enjoy a privileged panoramic view from their large, sunny balconies.
