World renowned since the Albertville Olympics in 1992 for having hosted the nordic ski events (cross country skiing and biathlon), the ski area of Les Saisies is one of the most beautiful cross country sites in France, and one of the largest in Europe!
Nestled at the foot of the Mont Blanc, between the Beaufortain and the Aravis, it is a territory with loads of frontiers, with an exceptional snow record allowing all types of skiing between 1000 & 2000 metres altitude. The ski area of Les Saisies, boasts several stats that will make your head turn…120km of ski slopes, 1 International Biathlon stadium, 1 nordic park, 1 gentle pleasure park for infants, with 45 km of trails for raquette walking and the Nordic label 4 France recognising sites of excellence!
