Located in the Tarentaise Valley, at the foot of the Cheval Noir mountain, with its highest peaks rising to 2,832 m, the Savoyard resort enjoys an exceptional natural setting. Akoya residence, a new MGM creation

Les Avanchers-Valmorel, the home of the La Grange des Fées and Anitéa residences, is a popular destination for the Haute-Savoie-based developer. This year MGM is renewing its connection to the town with the launch of a new top-of-the-range development: Résidence Akoya. Located at the entrance of the resort, a stone's throw from the main pedestrian street and local shops, the MGM development will enjoy an ideal location. Its architecture, using noble and natural materials, directly inspired by the mountains, will blend elegantly into the preserved setting of Les Avanchers-Valmorel.
