Les Carroz is a village resort and one of the pioneers of the Haute-Savoie mountain resorts. The character of its origins has been preserved, and is reflected in its architecture, which is predominantly made up of small, authentic chalets. Located at the entrance of the Grand Massif ski area and connected to the four other resorts in this vast playground - Flaine, Samoëns, Morillon and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval - it is a small resort with all the assets of a large one.

Les Carroz, the charm of authenticity
It is here, in the heart of the village, a stone's throw from the local shops and pedestrian street, that MGM Constructeur has designed Chalet Victorine, which blends harmoniously into the surrounding scenery. This delightful, south-facing condominium of just 9 flats (1 to 4 bedrooms) boasts a fantastic location overlooking the surrounding mountains.
From the top of Chalet Victorine, the Pointe d'Areu and the Aravis Massif range can be seen on the horizon. At the bottom of the residence, a ski bus stop takes you directly to the departure point of the resort's slopes.
This exclusive, human-scale development offers an array of high-quality features, including fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms, oak parquet flooring in the bedrooms, a wood pellet-fired boiler, a bicycle storage room and, for each flat, a parking space, a cellar and a ski locker.
The new building fully complies with the RE2020 environmental regulations and the targets set in terms of improving energy performance, reducing energy consumption and resisting heatwaves, as well as minimizing the emissions generated by the building.
