Men's Alpine Skiing World Cup

After 4 years of absence, the Kandahar is back on the mythical Haute-Savoie ski run. The world's best skiers all meet in the Chamonix Mont-Blanc valley, on the famous "Verte des Houches" which has "green" only in its name...

With a vertical drop of 870 m and a length of 3,343 m, it is one of the most beautiful (and impressive!) black runs in the world and has even been given a facelift to welcome this new edition! It's something to look forward to, even as a spectator! As proof: it is the only track on the Men's World Cup circuit homologated by the department's International Ski Federation (FIS), and one of the two nationally homologated. A competition as mythical as its track, it takes place over two days for two events:

- Saturday 8th February: Slalom
- Sunday 9th February: Parallel Giant
This sporting meeting at the summit, followed all over the world, is the pride of the whole valley and proves once again the dynamism of our territory!
