Holidays under the sign of open air and great outdoor activities

France 2nd favourite summer holiday destination  behind the Seaside, the French Alps are THE summer refuge outdoor version. Knowing that 93% of French people who intend to go away this summer will do so in France, the French Alps are still likely to go up as a favourite holiday destination.
And with good reason: wide open spaces, maximum sunshine, ideal temperatures, air quality, various activities for all, comfortable accommodation, outdoor events, fluidity on the roads, local gastronomy... Everything is there to enjoy a perfect holiday trip.

Dynamic by nature

Offering an alternative ; natural, contemplative and sporty, calm and energizing, with a quality/price ratio often more interesting than the seaside, the French Alpss are seducing more and more holidaymakers... even the young ones!  Far from mass tourism without being isolated, at the antipodes of the promiscuity of overcrowded beaches, today's mountain settings are favoured by those who want dynamic, accessible and resourcing holidays, with exceptional panoramas as a bonus!
With its refreshing lakes and waterfalls; its numerous itineraries to be explored on foot (from the family level to ultra-sporty treks), on horseback or on donkey back, to be discovered by bike (often electric!), or on foot. ) or by climbing; its numerous wellness activities, aquatic on lake or river (kayak, hydrospeed, white water swimming, canyoning...), or aerial (paragliding, parachute jumping, hang gliding, first flight...); its animations and activities  are for everyone... the mountain is gaining ground!

The mountain standard of living

In terms of accommodation, the French Alps has also been able to adapt to its guest’s needs and holiday requirements. If alpine refuges and mountain pastures are still popular for spending a night in the wild and discovering the fauna and flora of altitude, living in the mountains with comfort is an increasingly popular trend.
This is why, at MGM Constructeur, we combine our passion for the Alps and our commitment to excellence. Our new developments in the heart of the French Alps have something in common : a premium location, the quality of materials and ultimatimate construction, in order to create real living spaces in the image of this privileged environment: vast, welcoming and authentic.
