Ski Resorts for parents and children ...
For MGM Constructeur, family is an essential value. And it is in this sense, and with them in mind, that we select the perfect locations for our luxury projects, whether in classical outright or in tourist residences. La Rosière, Les Contamines-Montjoie, Valmorel, La Plagne, Le Grand-Bornand, Val Cenis, Les Houches… so many resorts in Savoie and Haute-Savoie with the “Famille Plus” label and known to be ideal destinations for families. And, although the ski lifts are closed for the moment, the mountain always stays open!
Winter fun ...
It's no wonder that more than one out of two stays in the mountains happens to be a family*: inimitable snow-covered landscapes, a warm and authentic atmosphere, a life-size playground, snowball battles and snowmen... alpine resorts are a real open-air refuge, summer and winter.
If this season, the resorts are deprived of ski lifts, this does not mean that they are neglected in family activities, there are as much sporting activities as contemplative or unusual landmarks! The mountain is full of resources, whether for a gentle 100% nature hike to discover the animals in Val Cenis, on snowshoes at sunset with fondue in a yurt for a friendly dinner in La Rosière, in trapper snack mode in a snowy forest with construction of igloo for children in Valmorel ... discoveries are daily and adapted to the rhythm of families. Want some frosty pleasures? It's time for an initiation to the Valmorel icefall, then to curling with the family. Laughs guaranteed!

No doubt, the resorts where the MGM Constructeur residences are located offer discoveries and initiations as much as sharing and pleasure. As for activities in the company of our animal friends, they are always adored by the whole family!
The sled dog, or mushing, has become a must in the mountains, as in Valmorel or Haute-Maurienne Vanoise in Val Cenis, land of the international competition La Grande Odyssée! Whether in initiation mode to learn to drive the team or comfortably seated with the children in the sled, the amazement is always there ...
For horse lovers, ski-joering, has became a natural way of skiing that absolutely cannot be missed. Accessible from age of 6 ,7 and you can test it out without hesitation on the Var plateau in Grand-Bornand!
Finally, for great days of nature, let’s go to Les Houches in the Chamonix valley. The breeding of Saint-Bernard will delight canine lovers, as for the Parc de Merlet and its 70 animal species in semi-freedom, its winter discovery with snowshoes at the foot, face to face with Mont-Blanc, is just exceptional!
