After a one year forced break, the festival "Au Bonheur des Mômes" and its daring program are back in Le Grand-Bornand!

A 29th edition somewhat disarticulated -as the year' s theme, the puppet, requires- and which keeps all its particularity: live shows and nothing but live shows!

Even if the event will not have quite the same configuration as in the past years (36 companies instead of the usual hundred or so, 10 venues instead of 28, 7 workshops instead of 40, 135 performances instead of the normal 450, etc.), it will still be a great "playtime" before going back to school!

From the 23 to 27 August, get ready to rediscover all the magic of the Street Show, to take advantage of this beautiful festive and family atmosphere that the festival brilliantly cultivates... An event that does not fail to shake up the codes with a touch of mischief and a scoundrel spirit, while letting the poetry of its acrobats express themselves.

All the charm of authenticity...

Summer and winter alike, the "Grand-Bo'" or "the Pearl of the Aravis", as the locals call it, combines the charm of authenticity - Le Grand-Bornand is the French resort that has preserved the largest number of traditional chalets: 400 - with the dynamism of modernity.

Labelled "Famille Plus", "Cyclists Welcome", "Quality Tourism" and "Natura 2000", the Haute-Savoie village resort of Le Grand-Bornand, 30 minutes from Lake Annecy, 1 hour from Geneva and Mont Blanc, is a multi-faceted destination in a magnificent landscape!
Home to the Biathlon World Cup in Winter, the "Glisse en Coeur" - the number one charity event in the French mountains - in Spring, and the "Au bonheur des Mômes" festival in Summer, Le Grand-Bornand has the particularity of living all year round.
More than a resort or a destination, Le Grand-Bornand is a real experience to live and share!

Seeking the most beautiful locations for its residences, MGM has chosen the Aravis massif to build : Le Roc des Tours, a 4-star hotel residence, located at an altitude of 1,300 m, in the heart of Le Grand-Bornand Chinaillon and Les Chalets de Joy, a tourist residence located in the heart of the village, at the foot of the La Joyère gondola, and which will be delivered at Christmas 2022.
