Bilingual Sales Representative (English)

Under the supervision of the Head of Sales, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing information to English-speaking clients on available properties for sale
• Advising and assisting English-speaking clients throughout their property purchase journey, until completion of the sale
• Receiving and handling incoming calls
• Recording and updating English-speaking contacts and prospects in the CRM system
• Processing enquiries from online forms
• Managing the live chat on the UK website
• Maintaining relationships with English-speaking property owners
• Ensuring thorough follow-up of requests and contacts recorded in the CRM
• Managing and re-qualifying the customer database
• Centralising documents and overseeing postal mailings
• Occasionally assisting with enquiries from French-speaking clients
• Relaying information to partners and sales teams
• Carrying out administrative tasks related to sales activity
• Updating UK property portals

Desired profile:

• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in customer service or sales (ideally within real estate, hospitality or services)
• Confident using digital tools and CRM systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
• Highly organised, meticulous and responsive
