All our Leaseback properties, built by MGM Constructeur and managed by MGM Hotels & Residences, benefit from a 4 or 5 stars rating with a 1,000 m² state of the art leisure centre (comprising free access to a swimming pool, Jaccuzi, sauna, hammam, fitness room...) with Spa Montagnes du Monde®. Each comfortable and spacious apartment is carefully designed, decorated and fully fitted/equipped. You can enjoy them in complete peace of mind from 2 to 6 weeks a year. And the rest of the year?
